Heritage Rice Trailer - East Sussex

Description

We are selling our 'farm to palm' catering trailer. Converted 3 years ago this rice livestock trailer helped us sell produce from our small farm direct. Sadly due to family and farming commitments, we are leaving the catering scene.

Trailer dimensions internally are 3.5m long, 1.65m wide and 2.25m high at the centre.

The equipment on board is as follows;
1 x Falcon solid top oven
1 x Falcon 20L chip fryer
1 x Lincat hot rings (2 ring)
1 x 30cm chargrill
(All on LPG)
1 x Lincat hot cupboard (90cm)
1 x Polar refrigerator unit (4 draw)
1 x 60cm bottle fridge
1 x Burco mobile hand-wash station
1 x Parry food warmer/gantry
(All on electric)

The trailer has a 32amp hookup to run all the appliances, roof mounted extractor and internal/external lighting. All electrical install work was carried out by a certified electrician with certificates of proof.

All LPG gas work was carried out by a LPG/mobile catering approved gas engineer with certificates of proof.

All conversion work was carried out by a professional blacksmith.

The trailer held an Environmental Health hygiene rating of 5 throughout its operation.

Currently geared up for the wedding market, but is a blank canvas for anyone looking to put their own stamp on it.
