This brand new Trailer Pod Studio is now ready for sale which has been lovingly, and meticulously, hand-built in Suffolk and now awaits its new home! 🏡

The High-End Specification includes:
Super Insulated C24 4x2" Studwork with full 100mm PIR in the walls & ceiling & 150mm in the floor, fully double clad both sides (inside & out) in OSB and fully wrapped in a breathable membrane. N.B. This effectively has 2.5times *more* thermal value of the standard 75mm of Sheepwool/Thermafleece, as used in most Shepherd's Huts. So once heated it stays super warm in the winter or super cool in the summer. Also the real-world ambient temperature difference is a remarkable 7-8c without ANY additional heating or cooling!

Anthracite Plastisol coated Metal Cladding to Sides with low-profile pop-rivets & matching Anthracite Metal Cladding to the Roof using low-profile Torx heads, plus metal corner trims all-round finished in matching Anthracite.

The cost of £26,500 (+VAT) includes everything (bar furnishings shown in pics) except delivery* and the electrical connection which can simply be a 16amp caravan lead (subject to local certification)

Delivery notes

Delivery can made to anywhere in the country, subject to a site assessment. The estimate cost would be between £1000-£2000.
