This Empire Commercial Heavy Duty Meat Slicer (EMP-MS-8)
is an 8-inch (220mm) electric, semi-automatic gravity-fed slicer designed for commercial use in delis, restaurants, and butcher shops.
The slicer is designed with a blade guard for safety and uses a smooth-running, quiet induction motor with a gravity belt-driven system. It also includes an integrated automatic blade sharpener to ensure the stainless steel blade remains consistently sharp for heavy-duty work.
