The Lincat Panther P8P4 is a heavy-duty, mobile hot cupboard with a plain stainless steel top designed for holding food and warming plates in demanding commercial environments.

The hot cupboard can hold up to 396 plates (10") or 60 plated meals. It is fully 1/1 GN compatible, accommodating 4 x 1/1 GN.

It features an adjustable digital electronic control between 20°C and 99°C, a double-skinned stainless steel body for heat retention, and a cool-to-touch exterior.

This Lincat Single Tank Fryer is a high-performance, free-standing electric fryer designed for us in commercial kitchens.
The fryer features a 12kW hinged, lift-out heating element and precise mechanical thermostatic control with operating temperatures of 90°C to 190°C.
The fryer can produce up to 40kg of chilled chips per hour with its 17-litre oil tank and includes an internal drainage system that removes the need for external pipes during oil disposal. The fryer is also equipped with a fail-safe over-temperature cut-out for safety and comes complete with frying basket and lid.

This Lincat LD4 countertop food warmer is ideal for keeping precooked hot foods out for display, offering all around visibility for any viewing customers ideal for a canteen or similar places of work.
The food is kept nice and heated for a period of time by a heated base and overhead halogen heat lamps above to maintain an even amount of heat around the food.
The countertop food warmer is capable of holding multiple standard gastronorm (GN) pans allowing for a variety to be on display and arranged on the heated base however you choose.
