Designed for restaurants, delis, catering and butchers, these gravity feed slicers are ideal for medium and large operations. Rounded design means no sharp edges no visible screws. Strong, high quality, heavy-duty, fan cooled motor means no overheating. Adjustable thickness of cut for precision slicing.

Built-in blade sharpener with bottom protection. A large carriage is mounted on self-lubricating bearings. Large distance between blade and machine body for easy cleaning. Permanently-mounted knife guard for safety.

Covers base, table, knife guard rim, blade cover, carriage, end weight and sharpener housing.

Cast aluminium alloy with special ceramic-teflon coating treatment is ideal for processing sticky products. Coating is highly resistant to acids and sanitising chemicals and is easy to clean.
